We have an authorized service center in Nepal that handles repairs, battery replacements, and maintenance using genuine spare parts.
Once an order is placed, it gets shipped within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, you will be notified with the order tracking details on email. Deliveries within Kathmandu valley is expected within 1 to 2 days and outside valley orders may take up to 3 to 7 days.
